For foreigners & Singaporeans
For Singapore citizens, Singapore PRs who aren't Malaysian, and other foreigners. Malaysians with Singapore PR should see the Malaysian buyers hub.
Five steps
Do these five things first
- Confirm your status and what you can buy (floor, Bumi units, title)
- Budget the deposit plus about 13% in taxes and fees
- Get a loan assessment first (Malaysian or Singapore bank)
- Pick an area: commute, schools, rental demand
- Before signing, have your lawyer add consent and refund clauses
